We’re hosting a Pass-It-On Party on Saturday, October 4th at Emerald Glen Park, and you won’t want to miss it! Whether you have items to contribute or just want to shop for free, this is a great way to give and receive within our amazing FIT4MOM community. Read on for all the details!

9:00-9:30 AM: Donation drop-off (before class)

9:30-10:30 AM: Strides 360 Family Class (optional but fun!)

10:30-11:00 AM: Members-only shopping or open to those who attended class

11:00 AM-12:00 PM: Shopping open to everyone!

At the end of the event, any leftover items will be donated to Shepherd’s Gate, a charity supporting women and children in the Tri-Valley facing homelessness, domestic violence, or other challenging circumstances

Join us for Stroller Barre at the beautiful City Center Bishop Ranch shopping center in San Ramon on Friday, October 11th!

We will meet on the lawn in the middle of City Center. Class starts at 9:30AM. Your first FIT4MOM class is always free!

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute functional, total-body workout that improves your posture, stability, and mobility while strengthening your body from the inside out all while entertaining little ones with songs, activities, and fun! Each Stroller Barre instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally and physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful, and energized! This class is all about self-care in a supportive and encouraging environment. Reconnect with your body, increase flexibility, and find the inner strength you need for motherhood.

Join us for one of our favorite events of the year – Pumpkin Patch Stroller Strides at Joan’s Pumpkin Patch in Livermore!

🕘 Special early start time: 9:00 AM

🚗 Parking: $5 per car – cash only

After class, stay and enjoy all the fall fun the patch has to offer, including:

Halloween Stroller Strides Class

Stroller Trick-Or-Treat with us!

Join us for Halloween Stroller Strides class at Emerald Glen Park on October 31st at 9:30 AM and then stick around for a festive stroller-to-stroller trick-or-treating!

🧙‍♀️ Littles are invited to wear their costumes and trick-or-treat from stroller to stroller after class. It’s a fun, safe way for our tiny crew to celebrate Halloween together!

🎁 Please bring at least 10+ non-candy treats or non-choking hazard toys to share — think bubbles, stickers, stamps, mini playdough, etc.
