We’re hosting a Pass-It-On Party on Saturday, May 3rd at Emerald Glen Park, and you won’t want to miss it! Whether you have items to contribute or just want to shop for free, this is a great way to give and receive within our amazing FIT4MOM community. Read on for all the details!

9:00-9:30 AM: Donation drop-off (before class)

9:30-10:30 AM: Strides 360 Family Class (optional but fun!)

10:30-11:00 AM: Members-only shopping or open to those who attended class

11:00 AM-12:00 PM: Shopping open to everyone!

At the end of the event, any leftover items will be donated to Shepherd’s Gate, a charity supporting women and children in the Tri-Valley facing homelessness, domestic violence, or other challenging circumstances

Join us for Stroller Barre at the beautiful City Center Bishop Ranch shopping center in San Ramon on Friday, April 11th!

We will meet on the lawn in the middle of City Center. Class starts at 9:30AM. Your first FIT4MOM class is always free!

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute functional, total-body workout that improves your posture, stability, and mobility while strengthening your body from the inside out all while entertaining little ones with songs, activities, and fun! Each Stroller Barre instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally and physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful, and energized! This class is all about self-care in a supportive and encouraging environment. Reconnect with your body, increase flexibility, and find the inner strength you need for motherhood.

Mommies and littles will explore San Ramon Central Park to look for and identify different parts of nature.

Join us for a fun and relaxing evening at Pinot's Palette in Danville! Mom’s, it's time to unwind and tap into your creative side with a Paint Night! Whether you’re a seasoned artist or picking up a brush for the first time, this event promises a stress-free and enjoyable experience.

You’ll be guided step-by-step through creating your own masterpiece while sipping on your favorite drink. The bar will be open for you to purchase your favorite beverages—wine, cocktails, and more—so you can sip and paint the night away. It’s the perfect way to kick back, have fun, and enjoy a night out with friends (or make some new ones)!

Don't forget to arrive a little early to grab your seat, order a drink, and get ready for a night full of creativity and laughs. We can't wait to see you there!
