Join us for Stroller Barre at the beautiful City Center Bishop Ranch shopping center in San Ramon on Friday, July 11th! Then, stay after to play on the lawn and enjoy the splash pad!

We will meet on the lawn in the middle of City Center. Class starts at 9:30AM. Your first FIT4MOM class is always free!

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute functional, total-body workout that improves your posture, stability, and mobility while strengthening your body from the inside out all while entertaining little ones with songs, activities, and fun! Each Stroller Barre instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally and physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful, and energized! This class is all about self-care in a supportive and encouraging environment. Reconnect with your body, increase flexibility, and find the inner strength you need for motherhood.

We are so excited to offer a FREE Stroller Strides class with the Livermore Library. To get an official spot you have to call Livermore Library at 925-373-5540 or 925-373-5505. Limited spaces available!

We will start class at 9:30am and will meet right next to the flag pole near the parking lot (next to the basketball courts).

For class, you will need a stroller (if your kiddo(s) is coming with you), water, and a blanket or mat for our last station. Remember, our classes are baby wearing safe so if your little one likes to be in a carrier feel free to bring that too!

Join us after class on Wednesday, July 23rd at 10:30 am for Tot time at the Livermore Aquatic Center!

Come play in the Livermore activity pool during their Tot Time Rec. Swim (a time specific for little kids without the water features on). It's really fun!

Entry is $5 per person.

Stroller Strides will be held at Robert Livermore Park to allow for easy travel to the Aquatic Center!

Join us at Homegrown Hops in Livermore for a fun and easy night out with the whole fam. The kids can run around and play together while we hang out, catch up, and enjoy the beautiful evening.

Here’s what to look forward to:

- A food truck will be on-site with dinner options (or feel free to bring your own picnic!)

- Plenty of space for the kids to play and burn off some energy

- Drinks available for purchase from Homegrown Hops

- Just good vibes with good friends

This is a super casual, come-as-you-are kind of night—no pressure, just time to relax and enjoy each other’s company. Partners, kiddos, and anyone in your crew is welcome!
