We will meet on the lawn in the middle of City Center. Class starts at 9:30AM. Your first FIT4MOM class is always free!

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute functional, total-body workout that improves your posture, stability, and mobility while strengthening your body from the inside out all while entertaining little ones with songs, activities, and fun! Each Stroller Barre instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally and physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful, and energized! Swim with Us in Livermore! Swim with Us in Dublin!

Make a splash with your little one at this special FREE Mommy & Me swim experience with American Swim Academy! Designed for littles ages 6–32 months, this AquaBabies class is the perfect introduction to water safety and early swim skills in a fun, supportive environment.

Class Details:

📍 Livermore: Tuesday, 5/19 from 9:30–10:20 AM

📍 Dublin: Wednesday, 5/20 from 9:30–10:20 AM

Each session includes 30 minutes in the water followed by a 15-minute dry-land wrap-up. A parent or guardian is required to be in the water with each child.

This experience is FREE for moms and littles not currently enrolled at American Swim Academy. Come build confidence, bond with your baby, and enjoy a fun morning in the water 💙🌊
