We’re kicking off summer with movement, sunshine, and community! Join us for a FREE Stroller Strides class at May Nissen Park in Livermore or a FREE Stroller Barre class at Rancho San Ramon Park in San Ramon.

Be sure to bring your stroller, water, sunscreen, and snacks for your little ones. A yoga mat and resistance band (if you have one!) are also recommended to help you get the most out of class.

We’re hosting a Pass-It-On Party on Saturday, May 3rd at Emerald Glen Park, and you won’t want to miss it! Whether you have items to contribute or just want to shop for free, this is a great way to give and receive within our amazing FIT4MOM community. Read on for all the details!

9:00-9:30 AM: Donation drop-off (before class)

9:30-10:30 AM: Strides 360 Family Class (optional but fun!)

10:30-11:00 AM: Members-only shopping or open to those who attended class

11:00 AM-12:00 PM: Shopping open to everyone!

At the end of the event, any leftover items will be donated to Shepherd’s Gate, a charity supporting women and children in the Tri-Valley facing homelessness, domestic violence, or other challenging circumstances

Join us for Stroller Barre at the beautiful City Center Bishop Ranch shopping center in San Ramon on Friday, May 9th! Then, stay after for a Mother's Day Photo Frame Craft Playgroup!

We will meet on the lawn in the middle of City Center. Class starts at 9:30AM. Your first FIT4MOM class is always free!

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute functional, total-body workout that improves your posture, stability, and mobility while strengthening your body from the inside out all while entertaining little ones with songs, activities, and fun! Each Stroller Barre instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally and physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful, and energized! This class is all about self-care in a supportive and encouraging environment. Reconnect with your body, increase flexibility, and find the inner strength you need for motherhood.

This interactive outdoor family festival that encourages children (and their adults) to explore the trucks and vehicles they see around them all the time, and maybe, some they might never have seen before.
