We’re so excited to welcome you to FIT4BABY — our 6 week prenatal fitness and wellness program designed to support you through every stage of pregnancy!
Through weekly prenatal-certified workouts, community connection, and post-class sessions led by local experts to support expecting and new moms, this program helps you stay strong, feel confident, and prepare for motherhood — physically, mentally, and emotionally. 🤰💛
Your journey will be supported with personalized goal setting, habit tracking, and encouragement from your coach and a welcoming circle of fellow moms-to-be.

- Date: Saturday mornings, April 11th - May 16th (
- Time: 9:30am-10:30am
- Includes:
6 in-person prenatal workouts with certified instructors
4 expert-led chats after class featuring experts like a lactation consultant, pelvic floor pt, a postpartum doula and more!
2 live virtual workouts on Zoom each week for extra flexibility
All new participants will also get a welcome bag and resistance band as well!
Not only will these 6 weeks help you connect with your baby and body, but you'll also join a supportive community of moms sharing this wonderful journey together!
