Your membership includes classes at any of the FIT4MOM Tri-Valley locations. We offer different membership options based on your interest and availability to attend classes each month. There is a one-time registration fee that includes a swag bag and resistance band to be used at Stroller-based classes.

Membership also includes being a member in our closed Facebook group, weekly playgroups, monthly Moms’ Night Outs and more!
