With her background as a Certified Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse (RNC-NIC), Elizabeth has always had a huge heart for supporting mothers and their newborns. When she became a mom to her sweet daughter, she turned to FIT4MOM Tri-Valley to help find harmony between her healthcare career and her new life as a mother.

Now an instructor teaching Stroller Strides, Elizabeth brings her specialized medical expertise and compassionate spirit to every class. She loves giving back to local mamas, helping them safely build strength alongside their littles, find balance, and feel empowered throughout every stage of motherhood in our village.
