The moment she found FIT4MOM, she knew it was the perfect fit. It gave her the daily routine she craved and provided the supportive mom community she truly needed.

When the opportunity arose to take over as owner, keeping FIT4MOM active and thriving in the Tri-Valley area was a total no-brainer. Now a proud mama of two boys, Moriah is deeply passionate about helping mamas at every stage of motherhood get a great workout while building lifelong friendships.
