Meet Sarah! She's a mama to two littles (5 and 2) and became a FIT4BABY instructor in 2025. A former soccer player and lifelong fitness fan, movement has always been part of her world. She first discovered FIT4MOM in 2022 after seeing a group of moms and strollers at the park—and never looked back! Now she teaches classes and handles all the social media and email marketing. What she loves most? How this amazing community has connected her with so many mom friends—and even friends for her little ones too!
