Lace up your shoes and bring the whole family for a fun, active morning outdoors! Whether you’re walking, jogging, or running, this meetup is all about moving together at your own pace while enjoying time in the fresh air with your FIT4MOM Village.
This is a family-friendly, all-abilities event where big kids 5 and up can run beside you, or littles can ride along and cheer from their strollers. It’s a great way to build healthy habits, connect with other families, and show little ones that movement can be fun!
